Issued by the last institution attended.
Caste / Income Certificate
Where reservation or scholarship benefits are claimed.
Aadhaar Card
Of the candidate and both parents or guardian.
Passport size photographs
Eight recent colour photographs.
Medical fitness certificate
Issued by a registered medical practitioner.
